Our Sith guild has just reached 20 members ;)
"My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings:
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare,
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Just purchased the Collectors Ed from BestBuy AND they gave me a bogus pre-order code.
When I put the code in at http://www.swtor.com/ it says its already been used :(

Oh well, one more thing to sort out.
But on a positive note you can count me in as well :thumb:

Did you join our sith guild under the name of "Darth_Ada" earlier, Pad?. Will mark you as confirmed for playing in the roster thread if so! ;)

Sorry to hear about your pre-order code issues, off to a good start eh? lol.
Contacting BestBuy is probably your best bet since they were the ones you bought it from but BioWare's customer support here is always an options too if you have no luck there. Hope you manage to get it sorted but great to have you with us all the same. Another welcome addition to the guild :thumb:

Thanks!
Nope, I just finished submitting my imperial agent to the guild as ssxpadishar 10 secs ago ;D

I put in a ticket with Bioware and am on the phone waiting for worstbuys customer support right now (they said avg wait time is 20mins, oh fun).
Only reason I chose BB over gamestop was due to a $65US gift certificate I had... making the Collectors Ed only $85US

Nice saving you got there ^^
You should be in the guild now and I've added you as confirmed in the roster too bud. Mech & I plan on playing as an imperial agent too, that last trailer for them was really awesome. I'd pretty much made my mind up already but that really sold the class for me hehe. ;D

Quite a few people had problems with codes from bestbuy, there was a long thread on the swtor forums about it.

Go to swtor.com and use the help button to contact customer support, when they respond they will ask for a picture of the reciept once they have that, they will send a new code.

People that did the above seem to have got a new code within 24 hours.

Just a heads up;
I doubt there is but just incase - If there's anyone left who wants to play TOR with us at launch and hasn't joined our Sith guild yet you have until this Friday - 11:59pm CST to do so if you want an instant invite on the first character you create. If you miss this deadline or you jump ingame sometime after launch it's no biggie, you'll just have to hit one of us up ingame for an invite the old fashioned way ;)
On Friday (Dec 2nd) the pre-launch program will end and our guilds will start to be assigned to servers. All of our guild criteria has been decided on and we already qualify for deployment so our job is done, it's all in the hands of BioWare now. It shouldn't be long before we have a server name to add to our group site so expect a news update on this when we find out! :thumb:

My "incident" is finally being looked at by Bioware :thumb:
Hopefully I will have a preorder code soon...

Now after playing during the stress test this weekend,
I have to decide whether start as an Agent or Inquisitor first,
as both story lines ROCK

I kept bouncing back and forth between the two all weekend, rawr

Glad to see your code issue is now being dealt with, Pad. With any luck they'll give you a bit of leeway for the delay in redeeming your code since it was beyond your control. Not long now!
Also great to hear that you were impressed with the agent (& inquisitor) storylines. I'll be playing the former first so that is encouraging to read :D

[Edit: I'm going to unsticky this thread now that the pre-launch guilds have been locked & deployment has begun. Once we find out our server name I (or someone else) will make a new thread covering that info so people know where to find us :thumb:]
