I told a pal about the game a few weeks ago, and he has been playing. He says he is currently trading with Kahn. I was not sure he would keep playing, but he has asked to join our alliance. I'll personally vouch for him and gave a tentative go ahead. He notified me this morning that he is going to join.
His Name is Vince Glortho and his nation is Ghozer. I'll try to get him registered here. He is not really the type to cruise forums.
